Time to reflect

Woke up early, not because I wanted to but because I have a little one that don’t sleep that good nowadays. Probably a development phase.

I need 2 cups of coffee to even wake up. Thank god that we not long ago bought a Dolce Gusto. That machine made my life so much easier!

Anyway, almost done with these 2 coffees, I started to think about life in general and also some of my upcoming posts.

Right now our world is upside down and alot of peoples routines are changed and a whole bunch of people even lost their jobs.

The pandemic caught us and don’t really seem to let us go.

I wash my hands more than ever. I stopped buying fluid soap because it felt that the traditional hard soap does a better job with the bacteria's.

I clean the floor next to my front door with vinegar and water, it smells horrible but it should kill bacteria's, they say.

I keep distance to strangers, I wear a disposable mask so that I can change ir regularly.

If this pandemic didn’t cause ocd in people it sure did it now or worsen it for those who already have ocd.

Was there anything we could have done different? Did we handle the pandemic good?

Some countries aimed for another approach when it came to covid-19.

And the mask. That from now on always will be associated with this historical year.

We have learned a lot, about ourselves, about life and about choices that once were so natural.

I am thankful for what I have not for what I don’t have. Life showed me what is the most important.

What did this year teach you?

How did you change?
